After losing 100+ pounds and keeping it off, I created a program to help others do the same. The program is a culmination of my own habits, tips, tricks, mindset and motivation. It's different from others that you won't have to track a single calorie or macro!
As a professional coach, my passion is to guide my clients towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule, and more importantly, fitness goals. I combine the basics of nutrition with mindfulness practices and healthy habits. I aim to transform your mind and body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
